Originally from Minnesota, I've lived in Brockport, New York since 1997. I currently teach Creative Writing at SUNY-Brockport and co-direct The Brockport Writers Forum.
I am currently working on two writing projects: 1) final revisions of my novel manuscript, Carrot Lake, and 2) finishing a memoir-in-progress, Viet*Mom: An American Mother of Two Moves to the Mekong.
